These Terms govern your use of up24seven.com and the AI Agent service (the "Service") operated by Nova AI Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Up24Seven lets you build an AI Agent on a public URL that chats with visitors, captures leads, and books meetings. Building an Agent is free. Publishing an Agent requires a paid subscription of $19 per month, billed through Stripe until canceled.

Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time; your Agent stays published through the end of the paid period, then goes offline.
Fees are charged by Nova AI Ventures LLC via Stripe and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content of your Agent and for how you use leads and phone numbers you collect. You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to harass others, to infringe intellectual-property rights, or to violate any applicable law — including SMS, telemarketing, and consumer-protection rules. You must obtain proper consent before texting anyone and must honor opt-out requests.

Messaging

Transactional SMS messages (such as booking confirmations and reminders) are sent only to people who provide their phone number and separately opt in via an optional, unchecked-by-default checkbox on a booking form. Opting in is not required to book and is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details.

AI-generated content

Agent replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Do not rely on Agent output for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova AI Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
