Up24Seven is a product of Nova AI Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "Up24Seven"). This policy explains what information we collect through up24seven.com and the AI Agents hosted on it, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email support@up24seven.com.

Information we collect

Agent owners: the account email you sign in with, your Agent's content (name, profession, About, Q&A, links), and Stripe billing details when you publish. Card numbers are handled by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Visitors & leads: when you chat with an Agent or book a meeting, we collect the name, phone number, email, and any message you provide, plus the conversation transcript, so the Agent's owner can follow up.
Technical data: basic device and usage information (IP address, browser, pages viewed) used to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To operate your AI Agent, capture leads, and schedule the meetings you request.
To send transactional messages — booking confirmations, reminders, and changes — by email and, where you have opted in, by SMS text message.
To process subscription payments and provide support.
To maintain, secure, and improve the service.

SMS / text messaging

SMS opt-in is optional. On a booking form you may tick a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox to consent to receive appointment-related SMS text messages (confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates) about that booking. You can complete a booking without opting in, and consent to receive texts is never a condition of any purchase or of using the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or sold, and are excluded from all information-sharing described elsewhere in this policy.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

The Agent owner you chose to contact or book with — that is the purpose of submitting the form.
Service providers who help us run Up24Seven, strictly to perform that function: Stripe (payments), our SMS provider (message delivery), our cloud hosting and database provider, and the AI model provider that powers the chat.
Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the service.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@up24seven.com.

Your choices

You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to correct or delete your data. Agent owners can edit or delete their Agent and its captured leads from the dashboard.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
