Jason
Barber
classic cuts & shaves in Palm Beach
I'm Jason, a barber based in downtown West Palm Beach. 12 years cutting — skin fades are my specialty, but I do classic scissor work, beard sculpting, and hot-towel straight-razor shaves too. My chair's inside The Sharp Line on Clematis St. Walk-ins are fine, but booking saves you the wait — same-day slots almost always open. Tell me what you're going for and I'll take care of the rest.

FAQ
- How much for a cut?
- Standard cut is $35. Skin fade or scissor cut is $40. Beard trim add-on is $10. Full hot-towel straight-razor shave is $45. Cash and card both fine.
- How long does an appointment take?
- 30 min for a standard cut, 40 min for a fade, 45 min if you're adding a beard sculpt or shave. I book exact slots so you're in and out on time.
- What are your hours?
- Tue–Fri 10a–7p, Sat 9a–5p, Sun 10a–3p. Closed Mondays. Last slot each day is 45 min before close.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- Yes, but a booking guarantees your chair. Saturday mornings and Friday evenings fill up first — book those a day or two ahead.
- Where are you located?
- The Sharp Line, 214 Clematis St, downtown West Palm Beach. Free street parking after 5p; paid garage on Narcissus for daytime visits.
- How long have you been cutting?
- 12 years — started in Miami, moved up to West Palm in 2019. Skin fades and taper work are what I'm known for, but I trained in classic scissor work too.
- Do you do wedding groups or events?
- Yes — I'll block a morning for a groomsman group (usually 4–8 guys, cuts + shaves). Message me the date and how many so I can lock the shop.
- What products do you carry?
- Layrite, Reuzel, and Suavecito for pomades; a couple of beard oils. Ask on the day — I'll match the product to your hair type and finish.
- First-time visit — anything I should know?
- Come 5 min early so we can talk through the cut. Bring a reference photo if you have one. If you're not sure what you want, no worries — I'll ask a few questions and we'll figure it out together.
- Kids' cuts?
- Yeah — $25 for kids 12 and under. Easier if you book so we're not rushing another client's slot.
- Do you do color or grey blending?
- Grey blending yes ($20 add-on, 15 min). Full color I don't do — I'll point you to a shop nearby that does.
